due to the fact that:

. They have been making rulings that are themselves CLEARLY UNCONSTITUTONAL (and they have BLATANTLY LIED in their so-called “justifications” for those rulings). Anyone who can read can see that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the US Constitution that supports their rulings that:

a. “Money equals free speech” (a violation of “common sense”).

b. “Corporations are people” (as if deserving the same Constitutional rights as “We the people.”)

c. “Owners of corporations have a government-protected right to impose their specific religious views on their employees” (a violation of freedom of religion).

2. At least some of them have not only been actively participating in the activities of right-wing political organizations, they have also been receiving various kinds of “favors” from such organizations while refusing to recuse themselves from court cases that have a direct bearing on the goals of those right-wing organizations (“smells like corruption”).

3. They have repeatedly violated BOTH of their Oaths of Office which are:

a. "I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."

b. "I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

c. Or the “combined oath”: "I, _________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the United States; and that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."
