All Republican candidates today agreed with Mitch McConnell, that Justice Scalia need not be replaced but should "hold his seat indefinitely" as even in death the SCOTUS Judge would still rule the same predictable way.

They also cited the fact Justice Scalia has, "more than enough material now" to continue "ghost writing" his dissertations from the bench for at least ten more years.

"This president does not have the endorsement of congress or the American people to select a new Supreme Court Justice, and that more than nullifies Obama's election x2 terms by the American people in landslide victories." McConnell went on to postulate.

"This is one of the cases were the framers got it wrong," said Ted Cruz R TX. congressman and according to his parents, an 'anointed king.'

"Justice Scalia would agree sometimes the original concepts of the Founding Fathers and their constitution do not fit the needs of 21st century conservatives.." said Ted, presidential hopeful.

Another source close to McConnell, who asked to remain anonymous, said, "Its been three days, evidently Judge Scalia will not be risen.."
