Please stop trivializing Occupy Wall Street which is NOT just about money

We the People proclaimed the legislative intent of our constitution as did the peoples of the other constitutional democracies who followed where it led. The values that inform that intent did not happen overnight. They are the culmination of pre-history and history leading up to 1789. They represent the wisdom of many peoples, not the brutality of many empires. The miracle, mystery, glory and genius of the constitution is that it gave birth to the greatest nation on earth, the one destined to lead the way to the global realization of the values it names in its opening paragraph: justice, tranquility, defence, welfare and liberty.

Occupy Wall Street is there because that place symbolizes the subrogation of those values to the root of all evil. From that place extend the tentacles wrapped round the world and throttling the life out of it. But the Occupiers are not unaware that the Leviathan, whose tentacles they are, has help in other places that do its bidding: Congress, the Oval Office, the Supreme Court Building.

The Occupation is about the values that brought America into existence the renaissance of which can and will save the constitutional democracy that America once was from the unconstitutional empire she has become. The re-constituted America can and will save the world from the imperialist America that otherwise can and will destroy it.

Occupy Wall Street is the inauguration of the re-constituting renaissance of justice, tranquility, defence, welfare and liberty for all.
