After having read Andy Borowitz, The New Yorker, “Millions Flee Obamacare”
01 October 13:

Andy:
I think I might have seen that the same reporter verified the even in the United States of America, land of so much for so few, it turns out that one still cannot get fries with their drive through emergency room habit, and has been uncovered as the main, miss-directed catalyst for expanding choice.

Therefore, as reported, even with this most costly, to everyone, method of seeing a doctor, the un and under insured are actually being protected, that was the scoop, by the haves by limiting their choices to simply the cholesterol-less emergency room and thereby saving them from the arterial clogging brought on by the stress of being insured and consequently having to support that notion of insurance, which they clearly cannot afford. Therefore, a single, continued denial can save so much for the whole country. The term I think they used was “plausible-denial”, which they explained was code for a “no-brainer”.

The article noted the laudable approach that money was no object, when insuring the few. The fact that insuring everyone would actually benefit everyone was summarily dismissed as the “global warming scare” of the decade, the two-thousand-teens. Even with a government shutdown, the Border Guards were retained to help repel the misdirected, fleeing Tea Party caravans; so, they could be urged to return to continue the good fight. Facts were never as important as results, and that clearly raised the bar on all the stakeholders so these stories could be broken in such a closed society.

The last of the article quoted one of the most staunch supporters of drive in Health Care for the Few as saying, “It just goes to show that dodging a bullet does not have to be quick, as long as all your brains are in it”.
