Petition for Democracy

The undersigned hereby agree that the voting right conferred to every citizen of the United States is the basis of our democracy and the fundamental right of every eligible citizen.

We request, no demand that all members of Congress endorse our following concerns in their next in session. If not implemented we the undersigned will vote to change our Representative/Senator in our next election.

The Peoples Voting Rights Act

1) The right to vote is the inalienable right of every citizen of legal age and is guaranteed by our constitution and shall not be infringed upon.
2) Any requirement by Federal, State or Municipal governments to require proof of Citizenship and/or age or any other standard shall meet the following requirements.

a) Such law shall not take effect sooner than two (2) years after it is passed or until the State meet the laws requirements which ever is longer.
b) All people who register to vote must meet the same conditions.
c) The States in which these laws are in effect or later passed will meet the following requirements.
i. Every voter who is registered, or applies to be registered must be required to provide the necessary documents.
ii. If the registered or applicant does not have the proper documentation required by said State it is incumbent on the State to assist said registrant or applicant in obtaining such documents, and paying any fees for the required documents.
iii. The State will pay for any loss wages and/or transportation costs the registrant or applicant may incur in complying with this law.
iv. The State will pay for the registered or applicant legal fees in the event of legal disputes; such as but not limited to that which felons may incur in order to prove that their voting rights have been or should have been restored or registered or applicant who do not have birth certificates due to unique circumstances.
d) All facilities must be reasonably located to facilitate the registered or applicant in obtaining the help necessary in order to obtain the required documents.
e) The Voting polls in all Federal elections shall be open no less than from 6 am to 9 pm local time starting on the Saturday before the first Tuesday of November and thru the first Tuesday of November. No Voting Poll will close irrespective on time if there are voters waiting to vote.
f) Each and every polling place shall have the proper amount of booths and or machines to process the voters in a timely basis based on the number of voters in each registered poll. All distribution of polling places, booths and machines shall be determined number of voters registered in each polling place and shall be equally proportional.
g) There shall be sufficient polling places, voting booths and/or voting machines to accommodate voters who shall not have to wait more than fifteen, (15) minuets to vote.
h) All facilities that use machine voting must have a paper ballot that the voter has completed and kept in the event of disputes.
i) Anyone challenging a voters right to vote will cause the challenged voters ballot to be marked ‘Conditional’ and in event of close elections will be adjudicated at that time if in fact that voter meets the proper requirements.
j) A person or group wishing to challenge voters must post a bond in the amount of $10,000 per challenge that will be forted to the each challenged voter in the event they can prove that are in fact a legal voter.
