Utah is encouraging absentee voting and I completed and mailed my absentee ballot today to re-elect President Obama. I hope that you will join me as soon as you can. GOP election officials in some areas will deliberately make voting in Democratic wards as time-consuming as possible in the hope that some voters will give up on election day. So please don't wait. In addition, some parts of the country will have self-appointed poll watchers from the TEA Party making voting even more difficult.
